and here's my retrospective for the week-

Tuesday- I posted my first BEA 2011 recap, where I went through what I did the first day and most of the second day of BEA.

Thursday- I participated in a blog tour for A Need So Beautiful by Suzanne Young (in stores June 21), where I reviewed the book and did a short interview with the author.

Friday- I hosted this month's Fragment Friday and read from Don't Stop Now by Julie Halpern, which will be out in stores June 7.

Saturday- I reviewed Graveminder by Melissa Marr, which is out in stores now.

  1. I would agree with waiting on the Tomorrow Girls series - I read book 1 and it was really short and a cliffhanger, all together they would probably be the length of an average YA novel. Enjoy all your books!

  2. You got some awesome books, James! And you got to meet Jane Lynch!!! Love her!! Looks like you had a great time at BEA. =) Have fun reading all the books you received!

Btw, was that a cat tail I saw in the background of the BEA video? =P

  3. Rebecca- Oh good! lol. I got both unsolicited so hopefully they send me 3 and 4 unsolicited as well.

Bailey- I did get to meet Jane Lynch and she was so funny. I think they may be putting her talk up on the BEA website so other people can watch it. And yes, that was a cat tail you saw- it was Khali, lol.

  4. I wish they'd send to me, haha. They are kinda expensive for how short they are, but I want to know the ending!

  5. Love the BEA mailbox! I am most jealous of Forever and Crossed.
    My IMM

  6. Thank you very much for the shout out for my upcoming novel "Swimming to Chicago." I hope you enjoy it!
