  1. Surprisingly, I like this cover for the sequel better than the first cover. I don't particularly like cartoon-like people on covers, but it works really well for Sirenz. I'd definitely pick it up if I saw it in a store.

The charm looks like a heart being placed inside an envelope (really cute design btw), so I am guessing that it represents sending your love to a special somebody.

  2. I think the heart charm means to send your love out to another. I dunno. It's what I thought when I saw it.

As for the cover, I like the cartoon design and I think that it makes the characters pop off the cover!

    :D

  3. I think this cover is really fun and cute. It would definitely catch my eye in the bookstore.

The charm reminds me of a long distance relationship because you have to "send" your love to that person because they're not with you.

I like both covers, and they are very different! I love my shoes so I am a bit partial to the first books cover, but I do like both :) I love the charm too! See, it can meaning so many things like sending love to someone, but it can also be a symbol of true deep friendship. When my BFF recently moved back to ILL I truly felt as though I had sent my heart with her and all. It says alot to be that good of friends that you almost share one heart and if one goes the others heart goes too.

  8. I like that oldr turquoise cover more than new one - but I believe that it has no influence on the content of book and interest of readers. You charm (heart in envelope) is very cute and romantic and it remind me way how people in love communicate together - by letters in past, by email in present days.:-)

  12. I actually prefer the first cover, but the new cover looks cute too

I think it's a love letter, it's probably gonna appear a lot in the book or cause much confusion?

    =)

  13. I actually really don't like this cover. The first one was more of a photo, and this is a cartoon. It would be suited for a graphic novel version of Sirenz or an MG but I just don't think that it works. I like how the bag "Back in Fashion" is hanging off the text though.

I'm going to take the envelope and the heart literally and say "LOVE LETTER!"
